By registering for a webinar, creating an account, purchasing an offering, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if unlawful or harmful activity occurs.
Payments, Refunds, and Access
Prices, payment terms, and refund policies are disclosed at checkout or in the program description.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Access duration refers to the lifetime of the program on our platform, not your lifetime. We may update or retire content at our discretion.
Live Events and Recordings
This live webinar may be recorded for educational, internal, or promotional purposes.
Live sessions may be recorded at our discretion. Recordings may include participant names, voices, images, chat messages, or other contributions.
By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the use, storage, processing, reproduction, and distribution of the recording as described above.
Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, audio, text, slides, workbooks, templates, downloads, session recordings, and AI-generated or AI-assisted materials, is owned by Grounded 44 Group or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative or competing works.
Use of AI Features
Some Services include AI-enabled tools.
AI outputs are for educational and informational purposes only
AI outputs do not constitute professional advice
You are responsible for decisions made using AI outputs
Any personal data processed through AI features is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We may modify or discontinue AI features at any time.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass or harm others
Upload unlawful or infringing content
Attempt to bypass security or disrupt Services
We may remove content or terminate access without refund for violations.
No Guarantees and Disclaimers
Services are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee outcomes, earnings, or results.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms expands or modifies our data practices beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grounded 44 Group from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
